Hej, I offer a furnished room in Lund, located in Musikantvägen. The distance to lth would be 2 km, actually there is a bridge under construction, so it is 2,8 km to lth. The room is equipped with some furniture. The window goes to the south / south-east. A jalousie / sunblind is fixed to the window. There is washing for free, for the whole house, according to a shedule. (In practice, this works well. You can also use parts of spots, if the latter half of the spot is unused.) There are two devices for drying of the clothes. A large fridge and a large freezer is shared by 4 people. There is a oven with stove. The Oven cannot be used actually, but this will be fixed. (Mircowave and stove still exist.) You share the flat with three male tenants, two are working and one is a student. The rent is 5.695 Sek per month and a deposit of 17.085 Sek needs to be paid. Moving in could be on the 17th of October. Generally, it would be nice in the 2nd half of October 2026. The contract goes until 27th August 2027. Maybe you can set up a one-year contract if you like, I guess that works, just ask the landlord. Longer rent should also work. Cancellation is with a 3 month notice, or if you find a tenant which takes over your contract. I really like the flatmates here. But I will move to a place closer to the central station.
