Bright room in a Top-Floor Apartment in Masthugget – Ideal for Erasmus and University students A bright, newly renovated room is available in a spacious top-floor apartment in the popular Masthugget district, one of Gothenburg’s most attractive neighborhoods. The apartment is within walking distance of the university, restaurants, cafés, gyms, and the beautiful Slottsskogen Park. The sea is only 9 km away. The area is quiet and safe, with fantastic views of Masthuggskyrkan (Church) and the entrance to Gothenburg Harbour. The apartment has five rooms. You will have a private room located at one end of the apartment, giving you a high level of privacy, as well as a spacious bathroom, which you will use almost exclusively ( also laundryroom) The room has been recently renovated and is furnished with: * A 105 cm bed * A desk * Two wardrobes * Bookshelves * A small internal window (please note that the room does not have an external window) The fullt equipped kitchen is shared. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available and shared. The building offers a sunny south-facing rooftop terrace, secure bicycle storage, and a shared outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities. About the tenant The room is available exclusively to university and Erasmus students. I am looking for a responsible, considerate, and tidy tenant who takes good care of both their own room and the shared areas. Non smoking and no animals. Write a few words about yourself.
