Hi I had to unexpectedly move out of my room and am looking for a female student to move into my room at the first of April. The apartment is located near Svingeln so getting to both Universities is very easy and its shared with the landlady and another international student. The room is a small furnished 8sqm room but the apartment itself is quite spacious and there is a storage room in the basement. The laundry room and dryers are also in the basement (theres an elevator). There is a balcony and a terrace as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and youll have plenty of space for your food, both in the pantry as well as the fridge/freezer. The bathroom is only shared with the other international student as the landlady has her own. 2 monthly cleanings are included in the rent. The contract would be done with the landlady, who is a 67 year old retired teacher, not me (so you can ignore my profile description). Feel free to reach out for any questions
