About this home

Hello! I am renting out my apartment from the beginning of October to the end of December as we are planning to move out. The apartment is a two-room with kitchen, toilet and balcony. The apartment is rented out furnished. Dishwasher is available. A large laundry room with 2 industrial machines and 2 drying rooms in the basement. Space for a stroller in the stairwell. Super quiet, leafy, and highly sought-after neighborhood. The apartment is located on Sofiaparken in Lund, Quick 5-minute bike ride to Lund City Center, LU campus, and the hospital and 15 minutes on foot. Close to bus stops, grocery stores, and gyms. Good chances of an extended contract. We intend to sell the apartment, so it may be relevant to view during the rental period, but with good prospects. All the best, Au Nguyen
