I’m renting out a spacious five-room apartment in central Växjö, close to Teatertorget. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of four bedrooms, a large dining room, and a separate TV/living room. There are also two bathrooms. The apartment has been newly painted and has a new refrigerator and freezer. The rent is SEK 13,000 per month, excluding electricity and internet. Electricity is approximately SEK 300/month, and broadband is SEK 299/month. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is an option to install one. In the basement, there is a shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers. There is also an option to rent a garage space for SEK 480 per month. The rental agreement is signed for six months at a time, with the possibility of extending it for another six months. The notice period is three months. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required upon moving in. Available from September 1, 2026.
