Excellent public transport with quick access to all parts of the city – bus stop right outside the house and commuter trains nearby. The apartment is shared with one other tennant, a female student, and includes: - Your own private furnished room - Shared kitchen and bathroom (with washing machine) - Access to a lovely garden in the summer - High-speed internet, electricity, water, heating, waste disposal – all included in the rent We are looking for a female tennant that is a student or young professional. The apartment is attached to our house where I live with my wife and two children. But you have your own separate entrance so we do not disturb each other.
