We are looking for : * 1-2 people * 10 000kr a month rent ** flat rate **, plus deposit ( see below - no additional fees that Qasa puts on add **** NOT 10,495kr ****) * You pay electricity/ firewood / TV. We are hoping you rent long term, have reliable & steady proof of income, and are peaceful & respectful of your neighbors. If you are looking to party a lot, this is not the location for you. Detached villa with plenty of parking. In the forest area of Ullevi ( North Gnesta/ closer to Laxne ), with plenty of berries & mushroom picking. In a very small, quiet community with farms, forests, lake & forest animals. Short walk to lake ( 5 mins or less ) with access to dock & swimming areas. About 15mins to both trains - Gnesta Train Station & Läggesta Train Station - both lines available between the two, & they both have plenty of parking ( Gnesta is free ). There is a "green line" bus, but it's not that frequent or convenient, so car would probably be best. Everything you need is in Gnesta- several groceries stores, restaurants, Apoteket, System Bolaget, DHL, etc.- ( 15min drive ). Animals accepted ( with additional deposit ). NO smoking in the house. 10 000kr rent will include : Water Trash Basic Internet Community Fees You pay for: Electricity Firewood TV ( if you need internet upgrade ) Full kitchen with new stove & oven, new refrigerator & clothes washing machine. Bathroom has shower cabinet, sink & cinder- toilet. Open floor plan with large room to combine living room & small dining area. Open-loft bedroom with small window, that can fit a queen ( possibly king ) sized bed, and a few dressers & nightstands. Nice, wider stairs to walk up to loft. Please note, there are no doors to the bedroom loft area - everything is an open room. It WILL NOT be furnished. Lots of natural light, as the whole back side of house is floor to ceiling windows, on the sunny side of the house, with no obstructions- only the view of trees. Large, connected back deck. Forced air heat & AC unit, along with fireplace is the heating source. Real-estate pictures can be sent upon request. **Some renovations have happened since pictures- more cupboards in kitchen & bathroom, new paint, new blinds on upper windows, new remote controlled, lighted ceiling fan & new appliances. Deposit: 10 000kr upon signing ( total 20 000 for rent & deposit ). Deposit cannot be used as last months rent. We will be your neighbors, just a few houses away, if anything ever needs repair.
