Hus uthyres i Boliden – Ringen 48 Vi söker en pålitlig hyresgäst som vill trivas och känna sig hemma i vårt nyrenoverade hus på Ringen 48 i Boliden. Huset är cirka 95 m² och har: • vardagsrum med eldstad • kök med matplats • 2 sovrum • 2 badrum • ytterligare ett rum som kan användas som matsal, kontor eller 3:e sovrum • garage med direkt tillgång till huset • diverse praktiska förrådsutrymmen • stor altan i söderläge • rymlig hörntomt med lättskött trädgård Huset har vattenburet värmesystem via elpanna. Elförbrukningen har, beroende på hur många som bott i huset och hur man använder det, legat på cirka 11 000–15 000 kWh per år inklusive uppvärmning. Det är mycket energieffektivt. Hyra: 5 900 kr/månad inklusive vatten och sophämtning. Hyresgästen tecknar själv avtal för el och uppvärmning med elleverantör. Ringen är en lugn bostadsgata, samtidigt som det mesta finns på bara cirka 5–7 minuters gångavstånd: buss, ICA, ICA Extra, förskola och skola inklusive högstadiet, bibliotek, ishall, badhus, hälsocentral, bensinstation och skog. Boliden ligger bara cirka 25 minuter med bil från Skellefteå och har mycket bra bussförbindelser. Jag har själv bott i huset i fyra år och uppskattat både huset och Boliden mycket. Det är ett samhälle där det fortfarande finns en fin känsla av grannskap och gemenskap, samtidigt som det ligger nära Skellefteå. Därför söker vi gärna någon som uppskattar samma saker och som är pålitlig och tar hand om huset som sitt hem. The house is approximately 95 m² and offers: • living room with fireplace • kitchen with dining area • 2 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • an additional room that can be used as a dining room, office or 3rd bedroom • garage with direct access to the house • various practical storage spaces • large south-facing terrace • spacious corner plot with an easy-to-maintain garden The house has a water-based heating system powered by an electric boiler. Depending on the number of people living in the house and individual usage, total electricity consumption, including heating, has been approximately 11,000–15,000 kWh per year. The house is very energy-efficient. Rent: SEK 5,900/month including water and waste collection. The tenant arranges their own electricity and heating contract directly with the electricity provider. Ringen is a quiet residential street, while almost everything you need is only around a 5–7 minute walk away: bus connections, ICA, ICA Extra, preschool and school including secondary school, library, ice rink, swimming pool, health centre, petrol station and forest. Boliden is only about 25 minutes by car from Skellefteå and also has very good bus connections. I lived in this house myself for four years and really appreciated both the house and life in Boliden. It is a community where there is still a genuine sense of neighbourhood and people looking out for each other, while still being close to Skellefteå. We are therefore looking for someone reliable who values these qualities and will treat the house as their home.
