Vi hyr ut vårt möblerade hus på Värmdö i ett år från 1 januari 2027, medan vi är utomlands. Fyra sovrum varav ett inrett till kontor — passar en familj som flyttar till Stockholm på tidsbegränsat uppdrag. Huset ligger på sjötomt på bostadsrättsföreningens egna udde, med utsikt över vackra Torsbyfjärden. Ner till vattnet är det bara några steg – här finns fina badklippor och en sandstrand, och som boende har du tillgång till föreningens bastu med stort glasparti ut mot fjärden. Huset är i två plan. På entréplanet finns en rymlig hall med garderober längs ena väggen, tvättstuga, badrum och ett öppet kök med gott om arbetsyta och förvaring. Vardagsrummet rymmer både soffgrupp och stort matbord, stora glasdörrar leder ut till uteplatsen mot vattnet. På övervåningen finns fyra sovrum och badrum med badkar. Ett av rummen är inrett till kontor med arbetsplats och förvaring. Sovrummet mot vattnet har egen balkong. Två p-platser hör till huset, varav en med laddstolpe. Skärgårdsmiljö på Värmdö med vardagen inom räckhåll: förskola, skola, restaurang, utegym och lekplatser i närområdet. Värmdövallen med motionsspår och idrottsanläggning ligger fem minuter bort, liksom flera golfbanor. Hemmesta med matbutik och service når du på några minuter med bil. Till stan tar det ca 30 minuter med bil, ca 45 minuter med direktbuss till Slussen (500 meter till närmsta busshållplats). We're letting our furnished house on Värmdö for one year from 1 January 2027 while we're abroad. Four bedrooms, one of them set up as a home office, well suited to a family relocating to Stockholm for a fixed period. The house sits right on the water, on the residents' association's own headland, looking out over the bay. The water is a few steps away, with smooth rocks to swim from and a sandy beach, and as a resident you have access to the association's sauna, which has a large glass wall facing the water. The house is on two floors. The entrance level has a generous hallway with built-in wardrobes along one wall, a laundry room, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen with plenty of worktop and storage. The living room has room for both a seating area and a large dining table, and wide glass doors open onto the terrace facing the water. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One of the rooms is set up as an office with a desk and storage. The bedroom facing the water has its own balcony. Two parking spaces belong to the house, one with an EV charger. Värmdö, in the Stockholm archipelago, island surroundings with everyday life close at hand. Preschool, school, a restaurant, an outdoor gym and playgrounds are all nearby. Värmdövallen, with running trails and sports facilities, is five minutes away, as are several golf courses. Hemmesta, with a supermarket and other services, is a few minutes by car. Central Stockholm is about 30 minutes by car, or about 45 minutes on the direct bus to Slussen (the nearest bus stop is 500 metres away)
