From March 1st and for a period of 4, 5 or 6 months you can stay in my ultra central, modern 2 room kitchen bathroom apartment with a cosy balcony high up on the 5th of 6 floors. It is located less than 5 minutes walk from Central Station, yet it is still quiet and beautifully situated on the canal towards the famous Stadshuset / City Hall. Im renting it out thanks to a 4-month work project abroad, and afterwards I can stay another 2 months with my boyfriend or family that lives nearby, if you like to rent for 5 or 6 months. Its fully furnished, has a nearly new fully equipped kitchen and a recently renovated fresh bathroom with shower and toilet. Floor plan: Open plan with a hall & wardrobe, full kitchen and living room and a separate small bedroom with balcony. Large windows and high floor makes it light and fresh. Electricity, water and high speed internet are included. No additional fees. In the buildings basement youll have free access to a room with professional laundry and drying machines. Other than the most central location possible, the long views towards the west - especially during sunset - and the balcony are wonderful. You can also enjoy the roof terrace with views across the city.
