Hello! There is a room available in a female shared apartment (with me and another roommate). Rent can start anywhere from 1st Feb/1st March and would be until 31st June. We are looking for someone tidy, calm and who doesn’t plan on inviting many people over or being loud since it is a quiet family neighborhood. It is 5490sek a month (including: water, electricity, heating, laundry service, wifi, home insurance). Everything is fully furnished, there are plenty of bed sheets, towels and everything you would need during your stay. It is located in Gunnesbo, 15-20min from the Lund C with the bike. There is also a bus station right outside the building.
