Hello, I am renting out a furnished studio apartment of 28sqm in Lindholmen, Gothenburg right next to Karlatornet from Feb 3rd to May with the possibility of extension of 3 more months. It is in ground floor with a patio of its own and has a storage area. Bus stop is right in front of accommodation. ICA is 10 mins away by walk, 10 mins to nordstan by bus. The rent is 6800 sek with everything included (water, electricity, internet, furniture). Can be unfurnished if needed Viewing can be arranged if interested.
