Hi, looking to rent out a my 48m2 2 room apartment in Ursvik (Sundbyberg) from 1st of march 2026 to 30th september 2026. After this period the contract can be extended monthly with 1month notice period. New building from 2022. It has a washing machine, dryer and a dish machine. The apartment will be unfurnished during this time. Rent: 12 000 kr/month with 1month deposit. This is included electricity, hot water and internet.
