Electricity and TV are not included in the rent. We warmly welcome responsible, non-smoking, pet-free guests. It is 300 m to the train station, takes 5 min to Lund and 9 min to Malmö. Nearby you’ll find a supermarket, library, playgrounds, schools, and green parks. A great place for students, professionals, or long-term travelers.
