I am offering two rooms for rent (they are connected and next to each other) with the total space of 22m2 (11m2+11m2). Perfect to use as a bedroom completed with a home office. The total size of the apartment is 87m2 and it’s located in Majorna very close to Slottsskogen and Mariaplan. Travel time e.g. to Chalmers: tram 30 min/bike 20 min. My current tenant will leave on February 1st. Broadband, electricity, etc. are included in the rent, which is 5500 SEK/month.
