About the Room & Amenities The room features a modern interior with calm colors and well-thought-out spaces. It is fully equipped for both relaxation and productivity: Sleeping Arrangement: A comfortable bed suitable for 1–2 people. Workspace: A spacious desk and chair, perfect for remote work or evening tasks. Bathroom: Access to a very fresh, fully tiled modern shared bathroom with a shower. Included Service: Fresh bed linens and towels are always provided. Common Areas: A welcoming hallway with a lounge feel and a coffee station for your morning caffeine fix. Important: The room does not include a kitchen, making it ideal for those who prefer dining out or simply need a quiet place to rest and work. Location & Transportation The property is situated on a quiet street but with unbeatable transport links just around the corner. 1 minute to Fridhemsplan subway station (Green and Blue lines). Pricing & Availability (Low Season: Sept – April) We offer flexible, cost-effective solutions tailored to your commuting schedule: Weekly Commuter Rate (Part-time): 6,000 SEK / month (Based on staying approximately 2 nights per week, e.g., Tuesday–Thursday). Full-time Monthly Rate: 13,500 SEK / month (For those who need the room 7 days a week during the low season.
