We are young professionals who have been placed on work assignment abroad. Therefore we want to rent out the lovely apartment we have called home for last 4 years. The apartment gets a lot of light on second floor with south facing balcony. It is well maintained with a freshly painted kitchen, floors in great condition in all rooms. The building association is helpful and the apartment is located in a great location with a 24 hour bus line to Liljeholmen just outside the door, and a short walk (8 mins) to either Telefopnplan or Örnsberg T-bana station. A short walk down to Vinterviken the apartment is also close to nature. As we are moving abroad we are open to leaving furniture that might prove useful to tenant (i.e. Television).
