Om lägenheten och området Lägenheten har stora fönster i tre väderstreck och ligger vid en lugn återvändsgata. Området består av en blandning av radhus, villor och lägenheter, vilket gör det till ett väldigt lugnt och trivsamt område. Du har nära till både natur, vatten och fina promenadstråk längs vattnet. Det finns även en busshållplats precis utanför, med bussar som tar dig smidigt in till stan. I hyran ingår: Vatten Värme Snabbt internet Det finns även parkering precis utanför bostaden till en nästintill obefintlig kostnad. The apartment consists of a kitchen, bedroom, living room and hallway – all recently renovated and in great condition. The apartment will be available for at least 2 years, with the possibility of extending the rental period. I’m looking for someone who is tidy, responsible and appreciates having a peaceful and safe place to call home. Either one person or a couple who will take good care of the apartment and are looking for a long-term home. About the apartment and the area: The apartment has large windows facing three directions and is located next to a quiet dead-end street. The neighborhood consists of a mix of townhouses, villas and apartments, making it a very calm and pleasant area. You’ll be close to nature, the water and beautiful waterfront walking paths. There is also a bus stop right outside the apartment, with buses that take you conveniently into central Stockholm. Included in the rent: Water Heating High-speed internet There is also parking available just outside the apartment at an almost negligible cost.
