Vi ska provbo med vår lilla familj i Helsingfors och hyr ut vår stora, möblerade tvåa i ett år, kanske till en liten familj (Barnsäng finns)? Klassiskt 60-tals hus med dörrar mellan varje rum, så den passar även till samboende mellan vänner/studenter. Lägenheten går genom huset och har fönster mot båda sidor: Balkongen i vardagsrummet och köket har kvällssol, sovrummet och toaletten har morgonsol. Förra hösten fick vi nya tapeter och/eller nymålat i varje rum. Tvättmaskin finns i lägenhet, men åtkomst till tvättstugan ingår. Stort kök. Högst upp. Lugna grannar. Bra med förvaring. I hyran ingår värme, vatten, el, bredband och försäkring. Lägenheter ligger nära Tallkrogens torg, mycket mysigt område i Enskede. T-bana tallkrogen på gröna linjen mot Farsta, 17 min till city, 6 min till Farsta centrum som har allt. Som sagt ingår möblering ;platt-tv, stort köksbord, arbetsyta, dubbelsäng (160cm) (och barnsäng) men inte bråtet :) Our little family is going to try living in Helsinki for a while, so we are renting out our large, furnished two-room apartment for a year—perhaps to another small family (a child's bed is available). It is a classic 1960s apartment with doors between every room, making it suitable for friends or students sharing the space as well. The apartment spans the width of the building, with windows on both sides: the living room balcony and kitchen get the evening sun, while the bedroom and bathroom get the morning sun. Last autumn, every room was either re-papered or freshly painted. There is a washing machine in the apartment, but access to the communal laundry room is also included. Large kitchen. Top floor. Quiet neighbors. Plenty of storage space. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, broadband, and insurance. The apartment is located near Tallkrogen Square, a very cozy area in Enskede. It is close to the Tallkrogen metro station (Green Line towards Farsta): 17 minutes to the city center and 6 minutes to Farsta Centrum, which has everything you need. As mentioned, furniture is included—flat-screen TV, large kitchen table, workspace, double bed (160 cm), and a child's bed—but not the clutter :)
