Vi har lediga rum i vårt studentboende! Vi hyr endast ut till universitetsstudenter. Rummet hyrs ut med start den 1/8-26 till den 31/7-27 med möjlig förlängning ett nytt läsår. 3800 kr i månadshyra. En månadshyra krävs i deposition och krav på inga belastningar i register. Under läsåret 2026-2027 kommer 5 studenter att bo hos oss. Det är det inte tillåtet med husdjur. I boendet delas kök och 2 badrum och städningen sker gemensamt och noggrant. I hyran ingår el, värme, vatten och tillgång till fiber/WiFi. Köket är utrustat med de vanligast husgeråden och rummet är grundmöblerat med säng, skrivbord, skrivbordsstol och garderob. Vårt hus ligger i ett lugnt villaområde i Åkarp. Från oss tar det ca 7 min med cykel till SLU i Alnarp, 10-15 min med buss till centrala Malmö och Lund och med tåg tar det ca 5 min till Malmö respektive Lunds centralstation. We only rent to university students! The room is rented from the 1/8-26 to 31/7-27 with a possible extension for a new academic year. 3800 SEK in monthly rent. One month's rent is required as a deposit and a requirement for no encumbrances in the register. During the academic year 2026-2027, 5 students will live with us. Pets are not allowed. The accommodation has a shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms and cleaning is done jointly and carefully. The rent includes electricity, heating, water and access to fiber/WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with the most common household utensils and the room is basic furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair and wardrobe. Our house is located in a quiet residential area in Åkarp. From us it takes about 7 minutes by bike to SLU in Alnarp, 10-15 minutes by bus to central Malmö and Lund and by train it takes about 5 minutes to Malmö and Lund central stations.
