Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room in a Student Accommodation while I am on Erasmus during the Autumn Semester! The room is 22 square meters, has its own bathroom and a shared kitchen. It is located very central in Gårda, within walking distance to Korsvägen and the Central Station and good public transport (Tram stop about 5 minutes away) to the University of Gothenburg and Chalmers. The room is fully furnished, and the kitchen has all utensils needed. The rent would be around 5200-5500 SEK, and as it is rented through SGS, you need to take at least 15 credits of courses at GU or Chalmers throughout the semester. Ideally I would find someone who only needs the room starting mid-September, as my Semester only starts in October but I am willing to also start renting out earlier if needed! It would be free until around early to mid February.
