One bedroom available near BMC and the hospital. We are renting out the main bedroom of our 4 rooms apartment furnished from Oct. 27th to next year Feb. 16th. The total size is 80.8 square meters. It has very big living room and balcony. Guest room has reserved by a student from Finland. So, we are renting out the main bedroom. You will share the common areas with this student. The other bedroom we will keep for storing our luggage while we are away from Sweden. The location is very convenient, 5 minute walking distance to BMC. 15 minutes by bus to the city center. 6 minutes walking distance to the hospital. There are many buses just nearby the apartment. The nearest supermarket is Ica Nära Hörnan in Kåbo at only 6 minutes walking distance and Hemköp in Rosendal at 14 minutes. The rent for the bedroom is 8000 kr/month, not including electricity, water and internet.
