Trainstation, busstop, schools, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Heating with efficient air/water heating pump. Connected to city water and sewer. Electricity, Water, internet and waste is excluded from the rental price. Prefered language of comunication is english but if you text in Swedish I will understand.
