Perfect for a student or commuter from another city for work. This cozy 45m2 home offers comfort and convenience. The loft contains two beds (160 + 120 cm) and a social area with a sofa. Downstairs is a small kitchen with a dinner table, and a spacious bathroom with a shower, washing machine toilet, and sink. The tram stop is only 2 minutes away and it will take you: - 3 min Walking distance to food stores (Coop/Hemköp/Willys) Pharmacy, bakery, pizza, thai, sushi, fish stores, Vårdcentral, etc. - 10 minutes to charming Majorna, renowned for its eateries and cafes. - 25 minutes with tram 11 or 13 to Central Station, - 5 minutes to Saltholmen where you can reach the southern archipelago, beaches etc. The house is furnished but this can be swapped/removed if preferred. The small house is located in our garden with its own entrance. Free parking just outside. We are a family with two kids in a safe neighborhood.
