Hi everyone! I’m renting out a 20 m² room in my apartment at Sydskanska Nation (LTH area), and I’m looking for a calm and clean girl to move in. The room is partially furnished—some of the furniture in the pictures will stay, and the bed (with mattress) and couch are for sale if you’re interested. The rent is around 3850 SEK/month. The bathroom is shared with me, while the kitchen is shared with everyone else on the corridor. There are often dinners, fika and movie nights, so it’s a cozy and friendly environment.
