Jag läser en utbildning i Göteborg och söker en hyresgäst tills jag tar examen nästa sommar. Det är en charmig tvåa med stort ljusinsläpp då lägenheten har fönster mot både öst och väst. Balkong mot grönområde och ingen insikt från något håll. Det är ett lugnt område med närhet till Pildammsparken och 10 minuters cykelväg till Triangeln. Det finns två ICA-butiker inom gångavstånd och Stora Coop 5 min bort med cykel. Köket är fullt utrustat och har separat matplats med matbord som kan förlängas så att åtta personer får plats. Tvättstuga finns i källaren i samma byggnad. TV:n har ett basutbud via antenn, men den är inte inkopplad. I stället har jag Google TV som ni kan använda. Kostnad för elektricitet och bredband tillkommer. Hyresgästen måste teckna egen hemförsäkring innan inflytt. Andrahansuthyrningen måste godkännas av MKB, men att studera på annan ort är giltigt skäl för uthyrning så det ska inte vara några problem (så länge du inte är svartlistad av MKB eller liknande).
