Inneboende Sökes! (Looking for New Tenant) From 1st of February (Preferably 18+ months) Rent: 3800kr Hi, I am looking for a new tenant for my four room apartment since my current one is moving out. The apartment is really nice, windows to the south so you get a lot of light which is needed up here in the north. It's super close to the supermarkets Lidl, ICA and COOP, as well as a pharmacy, postal office and a couple of simple restaurants (Ålidhem Centrum). It's a five minute walk to the university/hospital and a 10 minute bike ride (or bus ride) to the city center. The room is fully furnished and I have probably everything you would need kitchen wise. I provide practicalities such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, dish soap, cloths, detergents... I also mostly do the vacuuming of the shared spaces depending on how much you use them. We share the load of taking out the trash and emptying the dishwasher proportionally to use. Wi-Fi and electricity is also included in the rent. I value thoughtfulness and respect a lot. Therefore, I expect a clean kitchen, and common areas, in all aspects after use since that is what you will get from me every time. I also hold sleep in high regard so there is no cooking or showering after 22:00. In the basement there is a storage room with a personal lock. There is also space to keep bikes or other bigger things. The laundry room is outside, but right in front of the apartment and it's basically brand new and works great. I am really into sports, especially football, beach volleyball, badminton and running, and I try to live as healthy (but also as enjoyable) as I can. Just let me know if you have any questions! :)
