We are a SwedishAustralian couple renting out a fully furnished room in our beautiful, old-style apartment from 1925. The room is bright and comfortable and is available for a student during the spring term of 2026. In addition to your private bedroom, you will have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV (Chromecast only), and a bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, as well as WiFi, electricity, heating, and water. There is also the possibility to store a bicycle in the inner courtyard. The apartment is very well located for students, within walking distance of several universities, including the Stockholm School of Economics, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Karolinska Institutet. We are looking for a calm and responsible university student, preferably an exchange student or visiting researcher, to share our home with for the coming term. Please note: We have two cats, so it is very important that you truly love cats One months rent as a deposit is required.
