About the apartment: The studio is fresh and gets amazing natural light through the large windows and the French balcony. Large bathroom with build in cabinet. Very spacious built-in wardrobe & cleaning closet, kitchen storage is great as well. The walls are also very well insulated, so I don't ever hear my neighbors. - The bus stop is directly outside the building and has buses that are well-connected to the city (10-15 min to get into the city) - ICA is just 40 meters down the street, and restaurant 10 meters - locked bike room - access to private storage - Shared laundry room (5 washers and 5 dryers) - outdoor gym and shared balconies in the building - Electricity and hot water are not included in rent, it is depending on your usage (Renting out because I will be away)
