Hi! I am looking for somebody to rent my nice furnished "funkis" etta in Bandhagen on quite short notice. It has a separate quite big kitchen in funkis style, a hallway with built-in closet, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with bathtub. The "allrum" has a bed with curtains for privacy, a quite new bed sofa, and some more clothing storage possibilities. As I have found another job in a different country, I am leaving also kitchenware (if you want, otherwise I will put it in storage). There is a quite new Siemens dishwasher that I put in the kitchen a few years back. Electricity, water, internet and heat will be included in the rent. There are two common laundry rooms in the basement, that are bookable and you will have access to. I plan to spend some time in Sweden next summer, which is why I for now I am only renting out to next year June. However, we can discuss closer to the date if you would like to continue renting my place after summer (say from August) Please contact me if you're interested and we will find a time for you to view the flat :)
