Jag hyr ut två möblerade rum i min 4a på 89kvm i Lugnet. 5 min till Triangeln, 2 min till Stadshuset och 30 sekunder till gåtatan, med bussar som går runt hela Malmö. Hyran ligger på 6500kr per rum med el, wifi och värme inkluderat. 1 månads deposition. Inflytt 1 Juni Rökare och djur är välkomna! De gemensamma utrymmena som kök och toaletter delas. Det finns två toaletter i lägenheten och ett badkar, samt tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Köket är fullt utrustat och där finns även diskmaskin och mikro. Balkongen är inglasad mot södersidan med sol hela dagen. Rum 1 är utrustat med en säng 120x200cm med en läslampa. En 32 tums tv monterad i väggen framför sängen, sedan en mindre garderob, byrå och hylla. Rum 2 är utrustat med en säng på 120x200cm, en större garderob, en 48 tums tv monterad framför sängen, sminkbord med stor spegel och två hyllor. Båda rummen är ca 13kvm stora, med tempurmadrasser på sängarna. Room 2 is about 12 square meters, a bigger closet, 48 inch TV mounted on the wall, cosmetics table with a big mirror and two shelves.
