Furnished room for rent in Kärrtorp. There is a bedsofa, internet and electricity are included in the price. The apartment is an open 4 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a living room. 2 minutes from the tunnelbana station, near supermarkets, drugstore, gym and a lot of nature (Nackareservatet is nearby). Very calm area and a calm apartment as I live here with one of my teenage sons therefore I am renting one of the remaining rooms. I would like to rent to a kind and clean person who can respect the house rules. I love cooking and keeping it clean and I have no problem sharing meals with my tenant as I am a family person.
