Hey hey I’m looking for 1 person (age 25-34) to share with me my 55m² apartment from October until next summer in Hägerstensasen (red line). There may be an opportunity to take over the contract afterwards if you’re a student/PhD. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 guestroom plus a fully furnished living room, kitchen and bathroom. Rent is 7,300kr/month + deposit. A little about what I’m looking for: Im 33 so I’m hopping to find someone, preferably a girl, but maybe you’re a cool dude and I’ll give it a try For me, the most important thing is finding people who are tidy, easygoing and enjoy a nice home environment.
