It does not include telephony, broadband and TV costs. The center of Älvsjö is 7 minutes walk. From there, you can get to Stockholm city center in 10 minutes or to Södermalm even faster. The area has good restaurants, shops, sports facilities, and an English school. It is a privately owned apartment (ägarlägenheter), and we rent long-term.
