A little house that is a room with a 160 cm bed with storage underneath. A ski storage separate to the house. No skiis, snowboards or fishing gear in the cottage. There is a little fridge and a shower and toilet and a small loft where you can store some stuff but not sleep. This house is suitable for someone who likes to be outside and needs a place to sleep and take a shower. Perfect if you want a place that’s not so big. Suites one personbil last winter I had a couple staying there, they lived normally in a camper van in the summer. 150 meters to the slope and ski in from Englandsliften also 50 meters from the busstop into Åre and Duved. If you love the water it's only 100 meters from the best spot to take a dip in Tegeforsen. On top of rent you have to pay the electricity net cost to Jämtkraft and the electricity that you use every month to Tibber. Also that cost depends on how much electricity you use. So the rent is low and that is what you pay for the house and rent of the furniture. The rest is depending on you 🤩 a different way of paying rent!! We live in the house next door when we are in Åre so we are renting this out since there is a shortage of housing in Åre. Let me know if you have any question!
