Hej! Jag hyr ut ett rum i min lägenhet. Lägenheten är 62 kvm och rumshyran ligger på 4000 kr. I hyran ingår alla möjliga köksutrustningar. Rummet är 20 kvm. Just nu är det en vän som bor i rummet, men han kommer flytta ut i slutet av januari så jag hyr ut hans rum på nytt i hopp om att hitta en lika trevlig hyresgäst. Lägenheten är gammalt byggd, men är i ett fint skick. Lägenheten ligger bra till med tre minuters promenad till närmaste busshållplatsen Fredrika Bremers skola. Uppsägningstiden är 2 månader.
