The living room has a TV, sofa and a daybed as an extra sleeping space. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 2-4 people. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. The rent includes internet and electricity. The apartment is located within walking distance (6-8 min) to several metro stations, Midsommarkransen, Telefonplan and Aspudden, and from there only 2 stations to Södermalm. The area is wonderful with good restaurants and bars, plenty of cozy cafes, shops and a nice neighborhood cinema. Beautiful parks and green areas and a lovely walk down to the water, Vinterviken and nice swimming areas. I am looking for someone who wants to rent for at least 3 months or longer
