Trädgård och p-plats ingår. 15 min promenad till Uppsala-Enköpings-buss och Ica-affär, ute- och innegym, bad + båthamn. Villaägaren är pensionerad lärare och bor på nedre botten. 3 månaders uppsägning från bådas håll skrivs in i hyreskontrakt. Wifi, värme och vatten ingår. Man delar kök, badrum, vardagsrum och gästrum samt trädgård. The upper floor of this villa has a nice apartment (with beautiful country views) for two adults, either separate or as a couple. You share the same entrance downstairs with the hostess. Everything is newly renovated and furnished. There is a garden, a terrace and a parking available for two cars. You find a busstop 10-15 min from the house. There are outdoor and indoor gyms in the village as well as hiking tracks. Buses run day and night every quarter of an hour weekdays, If a single lodger you share kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living room with the other lodger. There is also a guest room available. The hostess is a retired language who knows Uppsala and its surroundings very well. The rooms ot the apartment has a contract of a mutual three-month-notice.
