I have the opportunity to work abroad for a while, and for that duration, I would love to rent out this lovely 2-room flat in the centre of Södermalm. Spitting distance from Nytorget and just 3 minutes' walk to Medborgarplatsen. The whole flat is very open plan, with the kitchen and the living room separated only by a sliver of wall. Large windows facing south will give you plenty of natural light, along with a nice cool breeze for those warm summer days. Between the perfectly sized balcony and the living room is the bedroom, which comes equipped with blackout curtains (very useful). Then, finally, the newly installed closet area and bathroom. Included in the rent is the furniture (Really, the less stuff I have to put in storage, the better) , the TV and sound system, WiFi and Electric.
