Hi! I will be travelling abroad and am looking for a responsible tenant to sublet my apartment in Ringstorp, Helsingborg. Rental period: October 2026 – February 2027 (included). There is some flexibility for a 6-month rental either starting in September or ending in March. About the apartment: • 57 m² • 2 rooms + kitchen (1 bedroom + living room) • Furnished, furniture can be adapted/discussed depending on the tenant’s needs • Bright apartment with lots of natural light, and open view toward the forest with no building blocking the view • Balcony • Fully equipped kitchen with • Dishwasher + washing machine • Huge closet/storage space • Elevator in the building • Located on the 3rd floor The apartment is located Ringstorp neighbourhood, with the bus stop directly in front of the building (buses 2 and 5). 10–15 min bus ride to Helsingborg city center and 10 min walk to the forest/nature area. 5 min walk to grocery store, library, and a very good Thai restaurant. Rent: 9,200 SEK/month, including heating, water and internet (electricity excluded). There is easy and free parking in the area, as well as bike storage spots available in the basement. Non-smoking apartment I am looking for someone reliable and respectful who will take good care of the apartment while I am away.
