Situated in Riksten, this is a quiet, cosy and spacious first floor apartment. The design is open plan with a kitchen area and large living area adjacent. There is ample storage space with fitted cupboards in the hallway and in the bedroom. The bathroom has a washer/dryer. There is a bus stop only 1 minute walk from the apartment, allowing easy access to Tullinge station (15 minutes) and Karolinska Flemingsberg campus (45 minutes). A grocery store is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) and the apartment is close to nature and the beautiful Lida friluftsgård. There is a miljöhus for sorting garbage and a secure bike garage. Parking and elbil charging is available but not included in the rent. Internet, hot water and electricity are not included in the rent. The apartment is being rented out as I have had to return to the UK due to my employer ceasing business and I have no immediate plans to return to Sweden. Therefore, the apartment will be rented out for longer than 12 months.
