Free parking is available in the driveway, and you have only 190 meters to the bus stop of the only express bus in town (line 5). This line runs to and from Västra Hamnen, passing Malmö Central Station along Amiralsgatan. Departures : every 7th minute daytime and every 20th minute evening/weekend. It runs until 1:30 PM on weekdays and 2:30 PM on Saturdays in both directions. Travel time to the train station: 30 minutes. The apartment has a private entrance with a Yale smart lock. It is available for rent to a single person only. Hot water and electricity are included in the rent, which is calculated for one occupant. This area falls within Zone 4, where utility costs are expensive. There is a large shopping mall nearby (Jägersro Centrum), and if you enjoy working out, the city’s best-value gym—offering group classes like spinning and yoga—is just a five-minute walk away (an annual pass costs 2,300 SEK, 15 times at the gym cost 900 SEK). When jogging in the nearby green area, you’ll rarely encounter anyone other than a few local retirees walking their dogs. We live cooperatively and will decide together how to share the house. To ensure a harmonious living environment, we are considerate of one another; you likely lead a quiet life, just as I do now when I am over 50 years old = common courtesy, no parties or frequent sleepovers/guests. = we don’t treat each other as if the other person doesn’t exist. You are allowed in the garden, but it I don’t want you to bring people home to take a swim or hang out in the sunroom without further notice and if I haven’t been introduced/gotten to know them as it is in front of my bedroom/living room. Just as I won’t bring people down to your apartment. Pets can be allowed, but it depends (10 cats that will ruin the furniture aren’t allowed for example).
