The apartment is 59 m2 + a Balcony, (having lunch- and afternoon sun), consisting of One bedroom with a King size bed, one living room with sofa and desk, a kitchen fully equipped including dish washer and a (recently renovated) bathroom including a washing machine. All conveniences are at place in the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, king size bed, furniture). The apartment is quiet recently renovated with a new bathroom in 2016 and new kitchen in 2014, and fully furnitured. Included in the rent are: - internet (Telenor 250/250 mbit) - electricity, heat and water - insurance - furniture and all kitchen equipment etc. - TV (Telenor basic 10 channels) - access to laundry room (+ a washing machine in the apartment) and a storage room in the basement. Accessible only for a SHORT TIME, due to me working in another city, with no possibility for prolongation (I already got a long-time renter from Feb 1st).
