Hello! Me and my wife have a house where the ground floor consists of a separate apartment. The apartment has a private entrance. The ground floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (new since 2013) with all the things you need. In the kitchen we also have a TV with armchairs. Route in central Gothenburg takes about 40 minutes. The house is located in one of Gothenburg's better and safe areas close to nature and the sea. The rent includes loan of one electric bike to be used to and from the store which is located about 2 km from the apartment. We normall rent out to Chalmers tenants. We only rent to students at college or university Please note that common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other two tenants The price per month for rooms include heat, water, electricity and broadband. All rooms are furnished with bed, desk, dresser, etc. Loan of towels and sheets is included.
