I am searching for a tidy, calm tenant who wants to rent a part of my two floors apartment. Very clean and cozy place. The rental part have a bedroom and a livingroom with a kitchen corner with all utensils and your own shower/toilet. The upper floor has its own entrance. Heat, water, normal use of electricity , wifi, bedlinen + towels and some cleaning are included. For wifi there is options. I speak swedish and english. Communications: Commuter train: Ulriksdal Station (Solna) 7 min to Odenplan and 9-10 min to T-Centralen, 3 min to Solna Station Bus 540 to Sthlm University 12 min Bus 502/505 to Solna C
