Hej! Vi hyr ut en lgh/studio (ca 20kvm) i anslutning till vår villa i Snättringe i södra Sthlm. Ledig omgående. Egen ingång, nyrenoverat, mini-kök, eget badrum med toalett och dusch. Hyrs ut möblerad eller omöblerad. 15 min promenad till pendeltåg (Stuvsta) som tar 15 min till T-centralen. 5 min att gå till busshållplats (710, 704,703). Hyra 8500kr/mån inkl Wi-Fi, el och vatten. We have a small apartment (ca 20m2) attached to our villa in the southern suburbs near Stuvsta. Separate entrance, your own bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge, freezer. With or without furniture. Commuter trains are 15 mins walk away (Stuvsta), and takes 15 mins to Sthlm central station. Bus stop (710, 704,703) is 5 mins walk away. 8500 SEK/month including electricity, heating, water and wi-fi.
