About this home

Who we are We are two girls sharing a large, newly updated five-room apartment in Solna, and we now have one room free. One of us is 31, a researcher and fitness instructor. The other is 25 and works as a content creator. Both of us work full time and keep busy weeks, but we love having dinner together, sharing a glass of wine, or just catching up after a long day, while still respecting each other's need for downtime. We are looking for a third flatmate to make the home complete. The apartment We keep a high standard at home. The apartment has a spacious living room, two bathrooms, and two large balconies. The kitchen is big and fully equipped with an induction stove, a professional oven, and a dishwasher, so it is a joy if you like to cook. Professional cleaning of the common areas is included once a week. The building also has an elevator, a bike room, and a large Swedish laundry room. The location The area is fantastic and sits right by a park. ICA, a gym, a pizzeria, and two restaurants are a 1 minute walk away. 6 minutes walk to Västra Skogen metro, then a 7 minute ride to T-Centralen 10 minutes walk to Solna Centrum and Huvudsta The room The room is available immediately and comes furnished with a large bed, a desk, and a wardrobe, plus direct access to a balcony. Rent includes the weekly cleaning, electricity, and fast internet. Who you are You are a non smoker, roughly 25 to 35, working full time or doing a PhD (perfect for Karolinska researchers). You want to share a great, social home rather than just rent a room, and you are respectful, clean, easy going, and appreciate high living standards.
