Jag hyr ut ett rum med egen toalett samt förråd (walk in closet). Hyrs ut möblerat utifrån behov. Lägenheten är en femrummare på Södermalm där jag bor med min sambo, och min son varannan vecka. Samt en student som hyr ett rum. Här bor också en snäll hund på deltid. Tillgång till fullt utrustat kök, med viss plats i kyl och frys, och badrum. El och wifi ingår i hyran. Bussar, tunnelbana, och pendeltåg i nära anknytning. I am renting out a room that includes a private toilet and a walk-in closet. The room can be furnished according to your needs. The apartment is a five-room unit on Södermalm, where I live with my partner and—every other week—my son. A student also rents a room here. A friendly dog also stays here part-time. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (with designated space in the fridge and freezer) and a bathroom. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. Buses, the metro, and commuter trains are all nearby.
