Jag hyr ut min fin tvåa på 61kvm för max 1 år. Vardagsrummet har industriglassväg för att dela hemma kontor från sällskaps utrymme. Finns OLED TV, sound bar etc (mina värdesaker såsom Lego kommer jag flytta) . Köket har fint utsikt över Årsta skogen. Stort sovrum med inbyggd förvaring. Renoverat badrum med golvvärme. Hyran täcker allt, förutom era egna boende försäkring (krav). Im renting out my two room apartment of 61 square metres for 1 year. The living room was recently renovated with an industrial glass wall to separate the home office from social area. There is an OLED TV, sound bar with woofer etc (I shall remove my possessions like Lego). The kitchen has a big table for 6 people with a view over Årsta forest. The bed room is quite spacious with a large in built wardrobe. The bathroom was renovated some time ago with floor heating. The rent includes all costs except home insurance, which tenants must take themselves.
