We are looking for one more roomie in a house in Arlöv! We are 4 students living together looking for one more to be complete if you are studying in Malmö, Lund or Alnarp, this might be perfect for you! (Please note: you must be an active student the whole period you live here). You will be in a separate room which is available from 1 Jan 2027. The room is fully furnished with a private bathroom and is available exclusively to active/registered students. If you will be studying in Malmö, Lund, or Alnarp, this could be the perfect place for you We are looking for a student who is interested in renting long-term – for at least one year, and preferably longer. The house is conveniently located close to everything you need: * Lund University - approximately 20-minutes with bike and train * Supermarket – approximately a 5-minute walk * Shopping centre – approximately a 10-minute bike ride * Train station – approximately a 10-minute bike ride * Bus connections – approximately a 5–15 minute walk/bike, depending on which bus line you use * Lomma Beach – approximately a 20-minute bike ride The house has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a laundry room, and a garden, all of which are shared by the residents. We are now looking for one more student to complete the house. We are social, chatty, and love to hang out with eachother! We value our own time alone, but spend a lot of time with eachother (a lot ). The room costs SEK 4,700 per month. Heating, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are all included in the rent.
